For over a decade, Febe has been sharing her passion for personal development and music with the world in diverse and meaningful ways.
From an early age, she discovered the transformative and healing power of sound, song, and dance. Naturally, this led her to combine these passions to help others on their journeys toward relaxation and personal growth. Today, Febe, specializes in breathwork (therapeutic sessions) and sound healing (meditative relaxation through sound). She offers these services individually, in group settings, and during retreats. Her wellness centre, The Moon Temple, is based in Restábal, El valle de Lecrin, Granada.
In addition to breathwork and sound healing, Febe provides relaxation massages and foot reflexology. With over 20 years of experience in the tourism sector, she is uniquely equipped to conduct her wellness sessions and workshops in four languages: Dutch, English, Spanish, and German.
